In my other professions as a writer and coach, words are the keystone of my work. When those fall short, art is the answer.
Emotional responses are often regarded as the fundament to experiencing art, and the creation of an emotional experience has been argued as the purpose of artistic expression.
It’s my greatest wish for you, upon exploring these oeuvres, to encounter a scale of sentiments. Hope, tenderness, peacefulness and most of all: affection.
Art is what differs us from other mammals. It has no life-sustaining purpose, yet humans have been creating it for as long as we exist. The inherent longing to shape things of beauty and surround ourselves with it, is a natural desire.
